branding and visual identity, france, 2022

This project involved the creation of a visual identity for the Institut de l’Évolution des Langues, centered around the richness and diversity of language. The design explores multiscript typography, reflecting the intersections and evolution of different linguistic systems. A mix of typefaces and vibrant color palettes was used to express what is referred to in French as la couleur du texte, the rhythm, tone, and texture of written language. The result is a dynamic and layered identity that celebrates linguistic multiplicity and cultural exchange.
